Frightening Freedom.
Frightening! Frightening!
Ignored lights occupied streets,
Electricity on them never greets.
Sky stays their only roof,
Rest all bans them aloof.
In sun’s radiance dreams burnt
And tanned for the lack of a grant.
Begging through for scraps,
No regards even the flag flaps.
Freedom! Freedom!
With security the people exalt
As they fear the terror’s assault.
Valued paper can take no blame
For the greed’s disdainful act of shame.
Not this the true independence.
Neither safe nor free is the appearance.
With violence and fraudulence the nation shivers.
With anguish and pain the flag quivers.
